ORDER
For orders made according to customer measurements or design modifications, ChimYen charges a surcharge of 10-20% of the product price (depending on complexity).
We do not accept re-sewing of models from other brands
Customers will receive free repair once when purchasing genuine products, from the second time the repair cost is 10-20% of the product price (depending on the customer's repair request).
For products that customers need to replace with new details (flowers, accessories), fee will be charged and support will only be provided when we have replacement materials available.
SHIPPING
ChimYen only applies advance transfer (COD shipping is not applicable)
Free shipping offer on all orders (not applicable to express and overseas orders)
In case customer wants to receive the goods as soon as possible, customer will have to pay the express shipping fee
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange is applicable for both in-store and online orders

Exchange time
- For Offline orders: customers exchange at the store within 24 hours after purchase
- For Online orders: customers send back the product within 24 hours from the date of receipt (Hanoi customers) and 2-3 days (province customers, based on express delivery time)

Conditions of exchange
- The product is intact, has not been used, repaired, washed, has tags and invoices intact.
- Only applicable to full price products (not applicable to products purchased on sale)
- Do not apply to accessories (belts, brooches,...)

Terms of exchange
- Only exchange 01 time/01 order
- Only change to a product of equal or higher price and pay extra for the difference if any (the price of the new product will be calculated according to the price at the time of exchange). In case customer changes to a lower priced product, ChimYen will not refund the excess amount.
- When exchanging products, customers are not allowed to apply other programs at the time of exchange

Regulations on shipping fees when exchanging goods
- In case the product has a manufacturer error, ChimYen pays the two-way shipping fee
- In case of exchanging with customer's request, the customer will pay two-way shipping fees
